Wow June has been a very busy month for lil ms. Nyla. From Children’s day at the seaport to her first family vacation with mommy and daddy. it’s been great. I know you guys want details so here we go:

June 14th 2008 – Nyla’s day at the children’s museum

Nyla had a good time at the children’s museum although seeing piglet, curious George and Winnie the Pooh up close and personal wasn’t her idea of fun. Poor child screamed her head off. I guess in other words they are better off on television. Life size versions don’t do it for her. lol She had the chance to bounce around to some tunes from Bula and Zeeta from the Zula patrol. She also had a chance to enjoy some of the performance by the Puppetry Arts Theater.

Now for Nyla’s Family vacation:

June 20, 2008 – Day One in florida

Nyla was very happy to be going to a new place. she was very antsy so Jason let her run around the airport till it was time to board the plane. Nyla fell asleep during takeoff and woke up midway there. Upon arriving to the resort She was very calm until we reached our room. Once inside she was all over the place from the balcony which was extremely safe. She zoomed all over the house until it was time for us to grab dinner. We ate at Joe’s crabby shack where she had some chicken, potatoes and vegetables. She was happy to be able to sit in the restaurant high chair and enjoy her meal with mommy and daddy and looking around to see all the other folks in the restaurant. After a long first day Nyla was put to bed.

June 21, 2008 – Day 2 Rippley’s

Nyla and the family relaxed for a bit. nyla watched her Dora show to which she sung the tune at the end “We Did It Hooray” then went to Rippley’s believe it or not. She seen a lot of weird exhibits and went through a psychedelic tube which she enjoyed very much. After Rippley’s she went to the poolside with Mommy and Daddy to sample the water and catch an evening poolside showing showing of Dr. Doolittle til she fell asleep.

June 22, 2008 – Day 3 Atlanta Aquarium

Nyla woke up had her breakfast and prepared for a new day and long drive to the Atlanta Aquarium. Once we arrived at the aquarium she got a chance to watch a 3D Film which she enjoyed. After the film she walked around with mommy and daddy and seen beautiful exotic fish, sea horse, sharks, dolphins and other great sea creatures. Another great day fulfilled!

June 23, 2008 – Day 4 Kick back at the poolside

Isn’t water fun? Ask Nyla! She was very serious in the water. None the less she kicked back in her lil tube water boat while mommy and daddy pushed her along back and forth.

June 24, 2008 – Daytona here we come

Beach time at Daytona was no go for lil ms. Nyla. She didn’t care for the sand. This new texture that she was feeling was not cool enough for her so she decided she just wanted to stick to mommy or dip in the water with daddy for a bit but the sand was still a no go for her. She seen the little fishes that kept swimming to shore and had some fun enjoying the sun. Back at the resort Nyla romped around hiding anything she could get her hands on in the draws and everywhere else she could put them.

June 25, 2008 – Whoo hoo petting farm

Nyla was taken to the petting farm where she had a chance to milk a cow, feed a lamb, ride a choo choo train, had fun on a nice breezy hayride and played with baby chicks amongst many other animals that are too many to name. she had a good time also riding in her lil red wagon. What fun to pet the animals on the farm.

June 26, 2008 – Wonder what?

Wonderworks, the amazing upside down building with great attractions inside. Nyla had such fun inside this weird and wacky building, She danced in the dance revolution studio, stomped her feet on the giant piano, played with the colors on the life size Simon says and even stuck her head in an astronauts helmet. Not only did she get to do that she let mommy cover her in a giant bubble. Oh what fun and wonder there was for her at the Wonderworks. She had such a fun filled day she ate and was knocked out once we hit the resort

June 27, 2008 – Time to go home

everything packed and ready to go. Nyla once again fell asleep on the first take off since we ended up landing in North Carolina. She stayed awake for the second takeoff. the plane ride going back was a little too long for her so she was very fidgety. After having her pamper changed so many times she ended up wetting mommy oopsy! Anyway she did enjoy take off cause all you heard was yea!!!! coming from her. the end to a cool Florida vacation.
