Ok So we been pretty busy the past 2 days and I’m guessing you guys are wondering why. Well Nyla had her 15th month doctor’s visit on Tuesday 4/29/08. She is very healthy and growing at a very good pace. She had her 15 month Immunization shots and my little baby girl was such a trooper. The nurse gave her 2 needles in the arm which was new to me. I’m just used to her receiving her shots in her leg. But, since she’s a walking toddler she now receives them in her arms. Nyla was great! She didn’t cry, she just leaned forward with a baby ow and that was just that. I was so proud of her. She was a lil groggy at home because of the immunization shots but that didn’t keep her from trying to get into the kitchen cabinets.

Yesterday was a fun day for both of us. We played peek-a-boo hide and seek. Nyla couldn’t stop laughing every time she found me. The look on her face was so priceless. We played for at least an half hour. I was too exhausted to continue and Nyla was ready for snack time. The evening went well. Nyla is learning her body parts. She pretty much got touching her nose down to a science lol. and, she also enjoy playing “If Your Happy And You Know It”; knowing when exactly to clap her hands and how many times to clap during the singing of the song. My lil Einstein makes me and her poppa so proud. Afterwards, She ate dinner, took her bath and went to sleep preparing for another fun filled day.
